the license is good for 60 days - so u can get it anytime between day 60 to 1 day before wedding day -- i wouldn't wait! FH and I will get ours next week

i think we got ours about a month and a half before the wedding.
they give it to you on the spot, so i guess you could even go the day before? i'm too anal to do that though
(if there are previous marriages or other special circumstances, you might want to take care of it soon just to be on the safe side)

You can go anytime from 60 days before to 24 hous before. You have to have it for 24 hours before you can legally get married.

you can do it up until a few days before but dont wait until the day before bc you can get married about 24 hours and sometimes up to 48 hours after you get a license
