My hall offers multiple reception hour/meal/banquet room packages.

When I was shopping around the least expensive was Sunday afternoon and Thursday nights. The lowest price I got per head was around $85 per head at Fox Hollow on a Friday night in November. I think it was the same for a Friday night in April. Go off season. The prices can be drastically different depending on the place.

I dont' know what you are looking for but a girl I know just had her wedding at Brentwood C.C. and paid under $10K for the whole thing and 115 people. It was a Saturday night and it included the DJ, flowers, video, photo and I think limos for. She was really happy with everything too.
