What is the name of this dress style???

Hi!

I looove this dress for my bridesmaids but I don't know what the name of the style is! Does anyone have any idea? I tried searching strapless ruched dress and scallop front tube dress but no luck....

I appreciate your help!

I saw a dress with a top like that and as weird as this sounds...it was called a crumb catcher... Not sure if it's exactly the same though.
