What is the one food you REFUSE to give up even when your on a diet?
For me, its coffee & ice cream. Yum
Why I have a craving for ice cream in the middle of the winter is beyond me

Pasta! I just can't do it. It's my all-time favorite food. I just eat a lot LESS of it now.

i want to help u girls on this. u don't have to give anything up. just have it in moderation. on w.w., u could have anything but u have to count the points

yeah, I eat A LOT less. Pasta and bread..... some of the ww pasta isn't that horrible...

coffee, even though not food and not fattening by itself, I can't have it without it being light and sweet! Then it IS fattening!!! Caffine is not god for dieting either - don't know why, just reiterating what I've heard.
