What is the one thing that you thought you would definatley have at your wedding and then later on decided that it wasnt such a great idea to begin with? We wanted to have the living tables and then I was like what was I thinking......lol I still like the idea but maybe for a b-day not our wedding.

i wanted a destination wedding too at 1 point...but im glad i didnt..
just bc my bros was so much fun..i see now that i want the big wedding!

ia m so glad that i didnt let myself get pressured into having a big bridal party! my mom has cried about it - but i really didnt want the stress!! and believe it or not, even with my tiny bridal party i STILL had stress!!
my brother and sister mean more to me than any silly title like groomsman and bridesmaid and just bc i didnt make them dress up a certain way doesnt mean i dont love them or that i dont want them to be an important part of my day!

Same here!!! It made things SOOO much easier. Plus, with just two girls, we still have to get up at like 4AM to start getting ready...imagine if we had more!!!

i wanted a beautiful outdoor wedding reception - and boy am i glad we didn't do that!! we are having our engagment party outdoors instead and its this sunday and i am freaking and constantly checking the weather - i could not imagine if that was my outdoor wedding!! so i am def glad we chose a place that has everything indoors......too much stress for me!

i wanted it for my place card table its an actual person dresses up and they wear a costume that they put over themselves and they look like the bottom half of them is a table

I always wanted a winter wedding, but being a teacher it just makes so much sense to do it in the summer and now I am so happy b/c I am doing all my bright colors and I couldn't imagine being in work a few days before the wedding or having to go back right after the honeymoon

YES! she was like 'In America they have big bridal parties and people are going to think you have no friends and they are going to think that you don't get along with your brother and sister'
ok first of all my siblings are about 40 and they have kids and they totally understand not being in the BP
and second of all - in italian tradition there are no bridesmaids just two witnesses that sign the papers. . . she has this thing with being 'American' but then when i suggest something I consider American she freaks out!

i definitely wanted a Viennese hour- but my RH includes European cookies and pastries and some other things(and the cake) and i am going to have a flambe table and the Viennese hour was a lot more pp so i am not having it

move the date lol with the $$ situation we werent sure what we would do....but i have done very well with keeping it cheap as i can...other than that....nothing!!! I am very happy with everything i have done for this wedding!! I wouldnt change a thing!
