i'm debating whether to go to a trunk show. i'm not sure what the purpose of it is. do i get to try stuff on?

What is the designer of the show? A trunk show is when vendors present their merchandise directly to store personnel and/or customers in the store. (the real definition). I beleive you can try them on, not sure, call the store and ask

It's way to buy merchadise immediately in most cases. If you try on the dress and like it you can buy it and leave with it that day.
Sometimes it's way to see a new line before it hits stores.

The designed usually offers a percentage off their new line also. Like 10% - 15%.
