TWOTY is a mock wedding that is hosted at a venue (this yr was Chateau La Mer). They choose a couple that just got married (through video submission). Vendors particpate and showcase their services/items. They even have raffles. It was tons of fun and felt like a real wedding but you didn't have to bring a gift. LOL They have a ceremony, cocktail hr, and sit down dinner w/ DJ & dancing.
They usually do it once a yr I believe. They just had it a few months ago. I can't remember how much the ticket was. I think it was $35.

It's a huge fun event held in January hosted by LIW.
They pick a bride who got married the year before to get remarried, and 3 more couples to be the bridal party.
All of the LIW vendors donate their services, and the rest of the LIW people buy tickets. It's open mostly to non-married people, but there is a table for the newlyweds too.
It's set up like a real wedding, with a ceremoney, cocktail hour, and full reception. It's tons of fun with lots of prizes and give-aways. It's held at Chateau Le Mer.
