it's a flea market type of place. The first floor has tons of different booths of people selling things (like little stores), the 2nd floor is a jewelry exchange with lots of different jewelers.
barrons is one of the booths that sells tiaras and veils -- it's located inside tri-county.

Its like a Flea Market with a bunch of different Vendors. Its in Levittown. They have everything there!
