OK it is 10pm and there are 2 boys around 8 years old outside playing frisbee not a bad thing but they are playing in the parking lot- on a BLIND CURVE!
What the Hell is wrong with these parents! Why do I seem to be the only one who cares?

Hi Jamie!!!! Long time no see . I think some parents would rather leave the kids outside than have them running around in the house or actually sending them to bed. 10 at night and 8 year olds are still up???? Not in my house. I cannot imagine allowing an 8 year old out at this time of night. Stupid parents!
