I'd say that building is probably alot bigger than it apprears in the photo. And is completely run down or worse.

boy if those taxes were really 4k then i'd go there tomorrow and buy it...fix it up and sell it to the highest bidder!

With that amount of rooms and a $40,000 annual tax, it MUST be a commercial property. No way can it be residential. It's got 3 kitchens! 15 bedroom, 3 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Sounds like a dorm room more so than apartments. Its probably a community home where they each have a room and share a bath on each floor.

maybe they ment to type 5 rooms and put a 1 in front. some people dont proofread.

Being that the ad says 22-room Colonial .. and judging from the photo .. and how the structure looks like there have been several additions made to it .. I'd believe there are 15 bedrooms in there.

And if there were only 5 bedrooms .. why would you need 3 kitchens???
