What is your fav memory of growing up?

All this talk about fav. toys growing up has brought back some good memories..

I love the summers- My best friend and I would swim alllll day in our pools and bike ride togehter on our block when we weren't swimming. Those were the days- CAREFREE!!

I always looked forward to summers. For a few years we had a beach house in Point Lookout. Being a city kid, I was fascinated with the idea of actually living in a house for the summer. I loved being at the beach every day. Now I work all summer!! It is kind of depressing when I think of it!!

I lived in the house with my parents, DaWNIE, my two aunts, my uncle and my Nanny and Pop...

On Christmas morning, being the only two grandchildren for quite a while, we would awake to the ENTIRE living room being filled wall to wall with gifts from my aunts, uncle and grandparents. We couldn;t even walk through the room, the floor was covered. We would give them a list and I always felt that their goal was to buy everything on that list!
