What is your favourite...

thing about spring?? I thought y'all could use a little flowery, bird-chirping happiness!

I love:

1. Spring peepers--this is not a peep reference!! They are baby frogs that live in ponds and they sing!!

2. Baby animals at the zoo

3. Bumblebees--the big fuzzy kind that love flowers!

I love:

Opening all the windows in the house and having the fresh spring breeze come through.

Shopping at all the Nursery's for seeds and flowers and lawn ornaments..

Going out at night on the weekends again (frank and I dont go out much in the winter)

The green grass

The full trees

All the photo oportunities the spring brings..

Oh and edited to add now my ANNIVERSARY!! YAAY!! 05/25!!

I so agree with opening all the windows and letting the fresh air come into the house (I actually got a head start on that this past Saturday)!

I love to see all the trees and flowers bloom.

Hearing all the kids out in the neighborhood playing outside.

Being able to go out w/o 12 layers of clothing on to keep warm.

Driving with the windows open.

My Birthday!
Easter (my FAVORITE holiday)
Going to the park or the zoo
Sitting on my porch without FREEZING!
Can't say I like the flowers since my allergies don't really like spring!

hmmm... Spring is my favorite season so anything that has NOTHING to do with the darn winter makes Spring that much better!

April 18th, I was an Easter Baby!!!!

I also heard birds chiurping this morning and I got so excited, I really like hearing the birds, I just worry that they are going to freeze to death.

I also love the flowers blooming and not having to wear a winter coat and gloves.

I also can't wait to go walking again after work, i have been stuck on the tread mill since it has gotten do cold.

I just love everything about spring:

Tulips

Grass

Warmer weather

Longer daylight hours

Walking in the park

The circus

I love any weather other than winter.

I love the smell of spring...it usually happens right about this time of year where its still cold but you can smell the sun and the warm weather coming... it makes me want to run in the park.

I love that I can finally put away my boring old turtleneck sweaters and start dressing pretty again.

I love that it means summer is coming!

Oohh...I thought of another thing I love!! I used to live on the bay..and in April--when it gets humid out, you can smell the salt water in the air. And sometimes when it gets foggy, they sound the fog horns. I love that!

Opening my windows and getting the new season smell

I HATE

The birds chirping at 5AM. I have this one morning dove that I want to kill because its SO loud and always right outside my window.

More than anything, I love being able to wear sandals and flips again. I live in flips all summer, and hate putting them away for the winter....

And I love opening the windows and spring cleaning!
