Our FG carried a basket made out of wood( kinda looked like bark). It went with the organic feel that we wanted.

Thanks!!!! It went so great with the outdoor setting. I also loved the RB's pillow. It was made of leaves and moss.

Ours just carried a basket with a floral arrangement in it. They weren't allowed to throw petals and I didn't want them to be tempted.

We have 3 and they are carrying a small bouquet ( nose gay) of gerber daisies...probably like 3 or 4 each...

I think this is exactly what I will do. I was originally thinking baskets (I already made them) but since my daughter is only 21 months I imagine the 5yo FG will most likely be holding her hand to 'drag' her down the aisle. This would make it impossible for either to toss petals.
