What is your FG holding?

What is your FG holding?

I have two FG's.....one will be a little over 3 years old and the other just shy of 2 years old on my wedding. Are they too young to hold a basket? If your FG is around these ages, is she holding anything?

I am in the exact same position and wondering the exact same thing. I think maybe the smaller FG could hold a kissing ball. The older one may be able to throw some petals down, im not sure. I have a feeling both will go screaming down the aisle anyway....

my fg was older , but she held a basket and threw petals for down the aisle...and for pictures and walking into the reception she carried a kissing ball... if you think your FG is too young to throw petals, maybe she can hold the kissing ball- so cute

that's a good idea. i totally forgot about the pictures. i think i'll have my flower girl hold a small bouquet of flowers for pictures.

mine were real flowers,but if you want artificial you could do that too

I doubt mine will hold the basket but I got them anyway. I wish I would have done a kissing ball, but it is just not in the budget now.

Have you priced out kissing balls? How expensive are they?

I was originally going to make her a basket and have leaves in it but since she can't throw them I think I'm either going to do a kissing ball or a small bouquet.

hey i got a GREAT suggestion from my florist. My FG is 2.5 at the time of the wedding and im going to have her carry a little teddy bear!! the florist even said they would make up something for the bear to wear if i wanted...such a cute idea and its something she can keep!!!

my church doesn't allow rose petals and the florist said kissing balls are very fragile. so since shes only going be 3 in july (wedding in August) he said she'd probably destroy it before we even got to the church. so he suggest a mini version of my bok, since she will be a mini version of me. i'm having 30 roses, so we're giving 3.
