What is your Fh doing special for his mother for Mother's day?
Before fh called me over to show me what he wrote in his card to his mother for mother's day. What he wrote in there was so touching. It been a hard year for him and his family. They lost his grandmother to cancer in Sept and he was out of work for a few months. In the card, he wrote that every year for mother's day, he's making a donation to the cancer society in memory of his grandmother. I thought that was so sweet....when his mother reads the card, I think she'll cry.

That is sweet, I'm sure your future mother in law will be very touched when she receives his card.
My future mother in law lives in Puerto Rico and usually we send her flowers every year. This year though, we bought a frame that has places for several pictures and placed our most recent pictures of us in it. It is now on its way to her - thank you Fedex Man!

My FH sent his mom a very sweet card as well (that I bought for him to send ) he wrote some really nice things though... and bought her a Swarovski miniature tennis racquet (she collects that stuff and loves tennis)

Just reminded fh that he didnt buy her anything...i even had to go get the card for her and mail it! Hes so bad with holidays and birthdays!
maybe he can wake up and do some chores for her tomorrow to make up for the lack of gifts

My fi isn't doing anything special. We're just going over. I reminded him that he didn't buy her a card (I bought the gift) and he didn't care. Mom is pissing him off re: the wedding.
