What is your job?

Hey everyone. I am looking for a new job in a new field, so I thought I'd ask you all what you do and if you like doing it... I could use a few ideas!

Lauren I totally understand...I was just wondering what happened.

Everything DOES HAPPEN FOR A REASON...thats how I got into teaching. Have you ever taken one of those career survey...Go to the library and look and see if they have a Barrons book about careers....I did this...it just maps out what you are interested in and have talents in (and I am sure you have many talents) GOod Luck!! I know what you are going through and it will all work out

I was thinking about doing something like that, maybe going to a career counselor.. .thanks so much for all your ideas and support!

Yeah definetely...where did you go to college..if its close make a appt with a career counselor...you have alumni privedges I am sure..GOOD LUCK

Actually, I went to Stony Brook where I am still a student... forever a student it seems.

I don't really have a job title...I handle everything from accounting, contract adminstration & sales assistant for a Military Aircraft Manufacturing Company...

I love my job. My boss is wonderful & the flexiblity is great...Plus I only work 3 miles from home

Im a soon to be Speech-Langauge Pathologist.. I'll graduate in May with my masters!! So far I love it, plus there are so many different options for job placement which is great since i get bored easily!

Mortgage Broker by day, doing my masters in teaching at night. Going for secondary Math & Business. I love what i do now, just don't want to do it for the rest of my life.
