What is your minimum? Did you negotiate it down? Raise it to get a better price or extras thrown in? Do you think you'll definitely meet it?

Our minimum is 175. We tried to talk them down a little but but because the room has a max capacity of 750 they told me thats the lowest which is pretty good. I'm sure we'll meet our minimum, our guest list is about 300 people. I just hope we don't end up with over 230 (that's out budget lol). I doubt we will though!

Minimum is 190 max is about 500 expecting about 200

the hall really wanted a min of 200ish, we talked them down to 175 but it cost us a few extra $ per person.
in the end we didn't meet the minimum, we were short a few people.

200min...don't pllan on having 1 person more than 200...hopinh to come in between 180 and 200. hopefully if we don't meet our min they will throw in some extras since we're still paying for it...i've heard alot of halls do this.

Our Min was 120 and they gave us a lower price per head and a chocolate fountain

We guaranteed 400, max has to be over 700 because they asked us to guarantee 700 for an evening wedding!

we got them to lower it actually, b/c we found out a friend of FH's is getting married the same day so we figured their mutual friends would be torn and not as many would show

Our min. is 125, we have 158 people coming so far hopefully the FILs stop inviting more people over the stupid phone! and our max is 250

I did negotiate big time I said we want a min of 80 and that is that and htey were like okay so now our list is 145 so i really doubt we will have a problem.

My minimum is 50 and Max is 120. I plan to have about 60-75 people.

100. We negotiated it down. However, we have to go to our B-list, maybe even C-list to reach it. A lot of people are not bringing guests or spouses. Also, since its in winter, many OOT guests aren't coming either.
