Our Min is 150 and we have a little over that. Thank god cause our guest list was up to over 240 and I was praying some people would say no.

Ours was 160 - we just made it. Otherwise they would have counted our vendors towards the minimum. We invited 250!

Our min is 175. I'm hoping we make it because it's during the holiday. I probably should've negotiated for a lower min...but I was just sooo in love with the room i forgot
we're inviting everyone with a guest and we have, so that's about 275 people.

Our minimum was 100 and we only ended up with 79 (three people didn't show day of). We were bummed that we paid for so many extra dinners that were never eaten, but what are you gonna do? The room still looked completely full and one person commented that she thought that there were 200 people there!

our min is 140 and we have like 135. (and that is only because the hall let us include our VENDORS in the price...otherwise we would have had way below min AND had to pay extra for the vendors to feed. lol
i bet that some will back out last minute too :( oh well...that's what i get for doing it on a holiday weekend!!!

Our Minimum was 100 we invited a little bit over 140 people and ended up with 92 people- i know that is a whole lot of no's most places will work with you if you do not meet your amount they will throw in something extra at cocktail hour- our place didnt however they only charged us for the amount that showed so that was very fair
