what is your 'One thing I cannot live without' for the baby

You know me (well most of you do) and I love looking at all the great baby stuff already. Just curious what your must-have list is and your I-hated-it-list.

Loved the Snap & Go, hated the Baby Bjorn (I prefer a sling-more somfy IMO)

a video monitor - I feel much better being able to see rather than just hear

which monitor do you have? when we bought our house they had one in their nurery so I told DH we def have to get one when the time comes--the window in the room is perfect --you can 'hide' it behind the window treatment so most peole wont even know it is there (yes my family will think I am crazy!!!)

My must have is the Bebe Sounds Angelcare Movement & Sound Monitor.

In addition to a regular monitor, it also checks breathing. An alarm sounds after 20 seconds if there's no movement. This helps prevent SIDS.
