what is your opinion?

on donation favors?

i cant find anything that i would want to give out as favors, my place gives out chocolate as they leave and there is more food to feed an army, so edible favors are out and i cannt justify spending money on something that isnt useful.

Everyone that knows us knows our dog is our baby girl, so i was thinking of donating to a cause in honor of her :) I could make tags with her picture and make it look like she is writing to the guests.- also a wa to have her there b/c she cant be in person.

If you were at a wedding where they did that would you think cheesy and cheap or cute and thoughtful??

I think they are very thoughtful. I would rather that than a knick knack.

I think it's great. Every year my family at the holidays donates $20 each instead of exchanging gifts and we donate it to an animal chartity.

I did St. Judes they give you bookmarks or scrools, so I chose the scrolls and got ribbon to tie around them

I think donations are a great idea but I have been told it might not go over so well with some of my guests....

I was really set on doing a donation to the cancer society so I spoke to my mom and she is going to do that as my shower favor and I will probably do a standard favor for the actual wedding.
