My something old, borrowed and blue is all the same thing:
My great-grandmother's rosary beads. She gave them to my grandmother who gave them to my mother. The florist will be wrapping them around the base of my bo-k. The are old, borrowed and they are made of beautiful blue crystals.

Re: What is your 'something borrowed'?
i have my great grandmothers broach...it's kind of a belt buckle, but it's oval with diamonds (fake i'm sure) on them....i'm having the florist thread it through the ribbon of my bok. so that's my 'borrowed' and 'old'.

I am wearing my moms garter from her wedding.
Me too!
Luckily we didn't throw the garter, bc it was a little dingy looking.

I hate that I never found anything to borrow!!!! I was going to borrow perfume from my mother but, two days before the wedding, my MIL bought me one of my favorite scents!!!!

Re: What is your 'something borrowed'?
The ONLY thing I can come up with is...
earrings for my 2nd holes! Just standard white stud earrings.
I only have 2 people I can borrow from.
I'm trying to follow it exactly... so it's supposed to be borrowed from a happily married couple. Sad that I an only come up with2 people!!

Re: What is your 'something borrowed'?
My something borrowed is a total cop out. I picked out a bracelet from the Etsy vendor I got all my girls DOJ from, it's white pearls with crystal rondelle beads in between every so often. I had her put a light blue pearl at the end of the extender chain to be my something blue. My mom paid for it...so technically it's 'hers'. I'm just wearing it...and giving it back afterwards. Though clearly, it's going to end up in my stocking or something a few weeks later LOL.

I wore a pearl necklace that my dad had given my mom. My dad has passed away so it made it extra special for me to borrow this
