Well my RH alone is gonna b between 22-25k so between 35-40k total

We budgeted 35K including honeymoon but not including my dress for 150-160 guests . . .

Started around $35k...now it's about high 40's...without honeymoon & my dress...we spent more on RH than they say you should (in those budget calculators). However, we had a long engagement (18 months) and I have (so far) been able to find all the best vendors for really great prices since I've had time to be competitive & look around.
After getting my dress today I'm basically done...gonna be on cruise control for the next few months!

I haven't really started doing this yet. Going to try and look at places this week and get an idea of what we CAN do. My parents will most likely foot most of the bill, but they're divorced (bitterly...) and each thinks that the other will pay... We have yet to say anything to FH's parents (still married and have 4 boys, no girls....) They might help, but I don't feel it's my place to ask.

You girls are scaring me though. i might just go and get married in Michigan!!!!

That would cut my guest list down too!!!

i have anxiety bc there is no budget and everything is soooo expensive and FH has a big fckin A$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

budget is 25k for 110 guests and so far we are doing good!! Almost everything is booked-- its not THAT hard to book a wedding without breaking the bank- you just have to shop around more and say no no no to all the extravegant details ( which I would LOVE to say yes to!).

my mom said we're up to almost 40k?? for 75 ppl. and im still not done with a lot of stuff .. and we are def going WAY OVER 75 ppl. theres a chance im moving up to a bigger room at my hall.. (like i did for my bridal shower) maybe DOUBLE the guessts we anticipated.! im FFFFFKD

we had a budget but that didn't work out, we pretty much ended up doubling our budget in the end. o well!

we didnt really sit down and make a budget. we just booked things and made sure we had enough time to save for it. i voted for where we fell which was 35-50K

for 300 people we are way over the 65k mark, its crazy how much money we spend for one night!

we are at about 60k so far......this is for appx 250 people. Didn't really have a budget, just kept trying to get the best prices?

ETA: This doesn't include my dress or our honeymoon or our wedding bands yet....those are what we have left!
