I wanted to surprise him with a wicked-cool car to take us from the hall to the hotel...(he'd love a Viper or something) but I have to give him a 'real' gift. I've already given him a pocket watch, a game system, a regular watch and a personalized pen! All of the traditional things are done...and he's not even that traditional!?!
I'm thinking...Steak of the month club from OMAHA...he'd love that!

Seriously, we decided not to do gifts, but to get each other something nice on the honeymoon - a special souvenir or something.
I'm going to write him a card to have sent to him that day for something special, but no gift.

OMG Lorsin...we agreed on the same thing! No gift for the wedding but we will buy eachother something from the honeymoon.. and I plan on giving him a card the morning of the wedding.

He hates to fly, so I decided to upgrade us to first class on our flights as his wedding gift. And I get to benefit from it too.

I bought him a Sony mini-dvd recorder (I thing thats whats it called). I am going to charge the battery and give it to him at the RD so he can start using it right away.

We got eachother Tag Heuers... not matching; but nice just the same. I posted about this last week. He bought them both at the same time and called me at work to tell me.... hey I got your wedding gift.... I got mine too.

One of the gifts I intend on getting for FH for our big day is a Super Large Pepper Mill.... He has always wanted one of those.... He loves at the resteruants when the waiter comes over to offer you pepper and the thing is HUGE! I know he would get a kick out of that and enjoy it too.

My FH collects pepper mills. We have at least 3 now, and he registered us for a few others ones too. Where do you get one of the HUGE ones?

That's so funny, I thought my FH was the only one who liked those things. To me they're so strange but he gets such a kick out of it.
