what is yours and fh's....

most horrible date lol..fh and i were just thinking about this terrible date we had when we first started dating..we went to oe of those local carnivals and i left my purse on a ride which contained my wallet with my newly cashed paycheck..his phone and car keys and the topper a bracelet he just gave me as a gift the bag was never found and we had to call my dad to pick us up..cant believe he didnt dump me on the spot

FH and I were on our way to our first 'vacation' away together - we went to the Poconos for a long weekend. We were like 5 mins away from the hotel on a completely pitch black road and we hit two deer!! It still makes me so sad to think about.

The side of my car was all dented and it smashed my front headlight. They ran away so I hoped they were ok but I was still hysterically crying until we got to our room. Luckily the rest of the weekend was better and we got to hand-feed some deer to make up for it.

We weren't even dating yet and we went to CBGB's in the city to see his brother's band play. It was my first time having anything other than a watered down corona and well I ended up having to sleep at his parent's house because I was sooo drunk...such a bad first impression on the parents!!! Good part is that his mom is so great that she woke me up to breakfast in bed!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my FMIL!! lol

i have a few of those ... all involving clubs...for ex, getting kicked out of a club for underage drinking and then escaping the bouncer, losing him, dancing for another hour and then getting personally escorted out FH on 1 arm, me on the other...

We've never had a full blown bad date where the whole thing was actually ruined. I'd say one of the worst though was actually last year this time, when we went up to Salem. It was a bus day trip through the PJ Ferry, and we were the youngest ones on the trip haha. FH is very psychologically fragile, and when we have a big event coming up he usually makes himself sick (his allergies will attack, stomach, etc.) Well this time he had a bad cold and sore throat, and was coughing his head up the whole way. To top it off, the coach bus was so unstable and rocking, he almost threw up.

Now, couple this with it being a MONSOON and about 78 degrees (the end of October!!!), it was just miserable. Then I had to get up to use the bathroom, and the bus went over a bump as I was walking to the back and my long pink nail got ripped off about a quarter past the top of my nail bed from the guard rail, so I'm gushing blood all over the place. Awful.

Miraculously, FH felt better once we got to Salem and he forced me to go through one of the haunted houses. When I broke down in tears, he seemed to get a kick out of it

Ok Ladies...I'm totally gonna have the worst date! It is only recently that I talk, and laugh about this because it is soooo awful. Ok here it goes...we were dating for a few months and we went to the driving range (for golf) FH was showing me something and he was leaning over me and i thought he said swing, so i swung, hit him right in the head and he had to get 8 stiches right above his eye. I still feel so awful about it and it was over 4 years ago. We spent the night in the hospital! His family was really good about it, no one was mad at me, and his dad said to us in the waiting room...'this will either be a really funny story to tell at your wedding, or you'll have to explain that scar to your another girlfriend.' Needless to say every family function we all have to joke about this, and 4 four years later (well next year 5) we will all be telling and laughing at how I hit him in the head with a golf club! Also we have never been golfing since!

I know, and now that its been some time we do laugh about it, and everytime we meet someone everyone is like tell them the golf club story! FH always points to the scar, jokingly if I am nagging him about something!

In general almost every time we go out to eat the service is terrible, its like i attract the worst waiters cause my food is ALWAYS messed up or we are just ignored etc... so thats funny but it never really makes the date bad cause I am happy to have him there to laugh about it with me.

In particular we had a few really bad dates in the beginning that sometimes I honestly dont know how we are still together. One date when we first started dating we both ended up drinking too much and arguing about an ex of his that showed up at the bar (that would NOT leave him alone and he was too 'nice' to tell her to go away...so I did)...we went back to his house mad and ended up passing out. I woke up the next morning to find that aunt flo came to town unexpectedly and really bad and spent half the morning trying to wash his sheets, which we ended up throwing out. Talk about EMBARRASSING. I swore it was the end, I never thought we would talk again.
