Hmmm what happened to freedom of speech? I guess we can comment on certain vendors but not the ones that support the website?
It is a shame because a lot of wedding halls endorse Bridal Reflections. Many people including myself have had bad experiences there but you wouldn't know because the vendor is being protected. It's not like there was foul language in the post that would warrant a deletion.
I think those that have had major problems really need to contact the BBB. That is the only way to make sure the bad experiences are documented.
