I would go to your primary first and then a specialist. It may be something your primary can help with.

I can recommend a wonderful internist in Great Neck. SHe will call you on her days off to discuss any problems you might have, etc. Fm if you want her info.

Also, I have seen just about every specialist(had parvo over winter). I can recommend specialists in Long Island or in Queens.
