What kind of Holdiay Bonuses do you get at work????
ME-----------------NONE!!!!! Have to love my company.
And too top it off, I don't think my building is inviting me and my co-worker to their party.
(I am not an employee of their company, we are a contracted fitness staff, but my former sites I have worked at always invited me to their parties, I even got gifts from them).
Whatever, I think I will go into the city, for my former sites party

We get company performance bonuses. You're gonna love this - my job has been pretty boring for a while....the contract that I'm on is just about up and there have been funding issues so there's been almost no work for me to do. Yet I got a bonus of $500. For doing almost nothing!!!! That's one of the FEW things that I like about my company.

I get the week of between Christmas and New Years off, fully paid w/o taking vacation time.

Nothing at all...and we get a nasty christmas party held in the lobby of the building....with the gross food from the cafeteria

I get pretty good bonuses. The first year I worked at my job I got $1000 for only being here 6 months. Second Year $2800. Last year only $1500 because our company wasn't doing that great. PLUS they take us all out to dinner for our x-mas party with our spouses. Last year we went to Umbertos and has all seafood with Lobster and stuff.
Hmmmm, I wonder where we will go this year. I hope my bonus is better than $1500 this year. Either way I think its better than nothing.

I get good ones..but last year it was cut drastically and right before the wedding. The highest I have gotten was 27% of my salary. Last year is was 7%. I hate that the government takes out about 50% in taxes. I stinks!!! I find out what I am getting usually at the end of November and I get paid 2 weeks before Christmas.

Me too! I like it better than a monetary bonus because it means that NO ONE will be there piling up work on my desk waiting for my return.

I get a pretty decent bonus. They usually have a christmas party at one of the partners homes, this year they are having it at Angelo and Maxies, but spouses arent invited to this

Our bonuses are based on our yearly figures. So I can get a lot of money or enough for a cup of coffee : ).
This year though the company has done exceptionally well and our group became an invaulable asset over the last 2 years so I'm hoping for something decent $ wise.
We are also having our xmas party at the toy building this year.

Don't feel bad Jen! They don't invite the freelancers, temps or interns either. That's the only holiday bonus we get from them!

We don't get year end bonuses though, they come with our annual review.

The company I worked for last gave us 1 months salary. Pretty cool considering I wasn't there too long when Christmas came along.

My old job used to give us a Coach bag & money for Christmas.
