What kind of message is that?

The man had an appointment at Mt. Sinai hospital on Monday, which as you know is freaking huge. It was cancelled on him but then we got a call yesterday saying that it was indeed on for Monday.

They didn't leave a phone number.

I was transferred five times to get to the correct radiology department to find out that it was cancelled.

At least I got to tell the lady that their staff isn't properly trained/have the decency to leave a phone number.

Yea, people don't know how to communicate very well. Especially on the phone.
