See i registered for the Cuisinart 10-Piece Non-Stick Hard Anodized Cookware Set at Macy's. I got a part time job at BBB and I was asking them what they think. They said the Emril was better b/c it's only $50 more and its made by All Cald. Now I can't decide

I registered for the Calphalon TriPly set ...

However, I got this email from my Aunt ... she got us the Wolfgang Puck Bistro 21-piece Cookware Set instead, she knows her stuff and says these are much better

I noticed the cookware set that you put on the registry I have enclosed a copy for you to review... the set doesn't have the encapsilated bottom on the pots and pans. (its 3 or 4 extra layers on the entire bottom of the pots and pans that eliminates hot spots and guarantees even heating so food doesn't burn ( i know I sound like a commercial but its true.)

be careful with the non stick pots. My sister got a nice set for her wedding and after a year the teflon started wearing down and chipping off. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking you may want to opt for stainless steel. As long as the pans are properly seasoned they shouldn't stick and you won't have to worry bout poisoning your family

we got calphalon pots as a housewarming gift so we didn't bother putting them on the registry and I don't think I'd ever cook with anything else.
