What kinds of extras can you ask the hall to throw in?

In lieu of negotiating down the price? Sometimes, when they won't budge on price per person, they throw in an extra cocktail hour station, ice sculpture or mini-viennese.

chair covers extra cocktail hour station ice sculptures more choices or upgrade in dinner choices premium beer and liquor extra desserts

chair covers ice sculptures extras stations at the CH more dinner entree selections mini vienesse or lower the price of the full vienesse adding more time to either reception or cocktail hour

I got white and red wine carafes on the tables allnight, votives on the tables and an extra tier on the cake.

Silly question, but how do you actually ask them for extras? Do you literally say, 'what else can you do for me?'

I'd like to know that too...esp after you've already signed the contract... I'd love to get some stuff thrown in when we do our menu...but how?

Blu-ize--I'm impressed!!!! They wanted so much for the sushi bar for us.
I'd try for---upgraded table linens, upgraded dessert, and all the other things mentioned!!!!

I got Crest Hollow, to add in a Veniesse hour and tons of fresh red roses on the top of my cake and an upgrade of the wine selection. They did a lot for us.

we got ours to add another entree, carving station for CH, and an extra hour for the reception
