What kinds of gifts and favors for a destination wedding?
Re: What kinds of gifts and favors for a destination wedding?
Well if your going to do the Valentines day wedding ...maybe choclates and candles?? to help them relax. The luggage tags are a good favor also. Or I have seen these glasses with sand and shells in them and a cork in the top to prevent the sand from coming out. This way it will remind them it was a destination wedding also.

Thanks for the suggestions! I think I'll be able to do a couple of things since I'll only have about 10 guests. I really like the towels and you can have them emboirdered(sp?). I also like luggage tags, although I think I'll send these before the wedding so they can use them for the trip. I also want to do a welcome basket in their rooms. I think I might give out nice photo albums for the guest favors so they can put pictures of their trip in it. I guess it will also depend on where we decide to have it. I can include local specialties such as coffee or liquor. This destination planning is fun! I feel like I can do so much more now for my guests. Where are you getting married in ST. John's? I'm still trying to find a destination and resort. Thanks!
