What king of wedding band did you get?

What king of wedding band did you get?

I dont know whether I should buy a diamond band and a plain or just the diamond band. In addition, which should I get married with? My mother said the one you wear at the wedding is the one that will be blessed.
I see women wearing both styles. Is one for dressy and one for casual? As you can tell, I am SO confused!
Your input will definitely help.

Mine is staggered diamonds set on a gold band to make it an eternity ring, but not side by side diamonds. Imagine a gold band with diamonds going around leaving space between each diamond that could fit 3 more diamonds.

I like it cause it's classy but elegant and doesn't over play my engagement ring which is very high set with a marquise. Since its just a band, it's very low set for those winter months I dont want to stuff my engagement ring into gloves!!

That sounds beautiful! I am thinking of an eternity ring type as well but with very small diamonds. Nothing too crazy. I'll probably get that but I just don't know if I should get a plain gold ring too.

When my Brother was married the priest blessed both rings. Them my brother put both on her hand as he was saying his vows. She has a diamond band and a plain gold band. Then after the cermony she took one off and just wore the one. But they are both blessed!

I am not sure what I am going to do yet.
