hello. my fiancee and i decided on our ceromony and reception location-----atlantis marine world on July 7th, 2006. we are very excited! its gonna cost us more than we wanted to spend, but since his parents are helping us out we decided to go for it!
my question is, what next? i feel like there is so much to get in only one year and i don't know where to begin! i wanna get a lot done this summer--before my senior year of college starts this september, at which point my focus needs to be on my school work.
is there a master list of every little preparation for a wedding somewhere? i don't wanna overlook any details!
send all helpful tips and step by step strategies my way!

First Congrats!!!
Since you already have your location, you should think about what is most important to you and your FH. Get the things most important things to you done first. I.e. if photo/video are important to you I would get that done.

once you have the ceremony/reception site, i think it's time for photo/video and music, the order of these two depending on importance to you, and whether you want a band or dj - seems like bands go pretty quick... i know there was a to do list string recently, i'm going to try to find the link...

We found the reception site and moved right onto the band (or DJ) and photographer since they are the most likely to book up.

Congrats on your location we also got married there in September of 04 and it was great! Any questions please ask!! Book your hair and make up and DJ and Photographer!! Actually my photo should be out there! Is Geno still there or Patty??

Congratulations! !! Thats Great! I would tackel your major things this summer ....Photos, DJ, Florest, Dress...and of course someone to marry you .... once you have those major things out of the way ..which you can get done this summer just take everything else one step at a time ...you will get it all done!

We did the Dj next and then the photogrpaher. ALso its never to early for your dress.
