What occasions do you decorate your home for?

I just love seeing Christmas decorations while driving. Some people do their homes so pretty & tastefully, some do not, although all Christmas decorations are welcome in my eyes

I love decorating for Christmas, inside and out, candles, Xmas linens on the table, a fresh tree, light in the windows etc. etc

The house near mine just decorated for Halloween and they did an amazing job, not overdone, but yet it looks great!

I also love decorating for Christmas inside and out. I can't wait to decorate this year. We decorate for Halloween as well but not as much as we do for Christmas. Every year we get coffee and drive around at night looking at all the houses decorated.

I decorate the apartment for everything! I just put up all the Halloween stuff. I have Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July. . . .I like that it makes the place festive all year round.

We decorate the windows for Halloween and Christmas. The house has season changes, fall - winter and spring. We're going to do our window for Halloween this weekend!

When we have a house, I'll go all out for every big holiday. For now, since I'm limited with storage space, I only have 1 decoration for St Patrick's day and a few things for Easter. I go crazy for Fall and Christmas though - my favorite time of year

Christmas inside and out....Easter inside...and I also hang decorations on our front door...(it doesnt face the street- so the decorations are just for us!

Yes for Christmas although I dont do a great job since my house is old and I dont have safe exterior outlets. Although I would love to drape my house in lights.

This year im having a halloween party so i will totally deck my house for that.

If we have kids, I will probably decorate...but I just don't get into it...

Although I did buy 2 pumpkins...DH said that he never carved a pumpkin...so I just had to get them...

Christmas and Halloween so far. One year I put colored plastic Easter eggs on the lawn as a joke.

I decorate for all occassions. I love decorating for the Holidays. I think it makes a home look festive and inviting.

Ok being that I just moved into my house (but had it since January) I will be decorating for every holiday. I've started my Halloween decorating this weekend, I have put up some 'gravestones' on my lawn, in front of one of the 'stones' I have a skeleton breaking through the ground, his head lights up. In front of the other stone I will be putting a zombie head with his hands looking like he is breaking through as well (as soon as UPS delievers it), in my trees I have blinking 'Eye' lights. Hanging from my doorway I have a vampire on one side and the grim reaper on the other, on my door I have bloody handprints, going up all over and a bat cling on that looks like it broke through the window, when you open my door I have a voice activated bat that swings down (this was funny yesterday when I had company). I have to run to partycity tonight for these lights that look like they are dripping blood and I'll put the spiderwebs out closer to halloween.

Although next week I'll be hanging my Italian flag outside.

Thanksgiving as well with pumpkins and cornstalks etc,

Cannot wait for Christmas, I've been buying so much already.
