I'm having a hard time filling up my registry....theres only like 80 things on it and its recommended to have around 200.
I don't need fine china since my mom is giving me her passed down antique royal daulton that she got from her mom. So that takes a huge chunk out.
What are some things that you dont normally think about but are great additions to the registry?

We did a whole section on party serve ware, like plates, serving dishes, chip and dip platters, a cheese slicer. i figure on days like this, for the superbowl, they will come in handy

We registered for vacuum bags (to go with the vacuum we registered for) and Brita filters, lol ... we are very cheap with the Brita filters!
ETA we too inherited my grandmother's China, so we had no need to register for it. We thought we'd have a lot of trouble filling up the registries between that and the fact that we live together ... but once we saw those vacuum bags and Brita filters we were no longer worried!

well mine is private bc I am not getting married till Nov,but Fortunoff had that bridal event on MLK day in which you needed to register for $5,000 worth of items to get a chance to spin the wheel of prizes. Well I had a hockey game to go to and it was at 1:30 I went at 12:30 the line was crazy, so my sister suggested to register for something truly CRAZY. TG its private b/c I have like 10 grandfather clocks!!! I was done in 5 min and when I gave in the scanner it was 15,000!
When i really register I def will delete these items!!

I wouldn't call this an 'oddball' item, but it's something from Tiffanys that I absolutely love. My MOH already got me the teapot for my eparty. And she has hinted about getting the teacups for my shower. =) I would put some nice items from Tiffanys on your registry. FH and I also put some Le Creuset pots/saucepans/dutch ovens on our registry. They are expensive, too, but we reeeeally want them. Maybe someone will go in on it with someone else.
We put the Norelco Arcitec Razor (for FH) on it Hey, why not?! If someone is willing to buy, it saves me from the bother!

a cake tray that plays Happy Birthday and lights up so every piece of cake is evenly cut.

If you don't have a lot of space at your house/apt, you could get the storage chest for your china or glasses. Also, monogrammed coasters or towels are nice. We ordered these coasters....
FH put a rolling bar that cost 1K on at C&B. I almost killed him for doing that. I'm taking it off b/c HES CRAZY! LOL

ok oddball is like our entire existance with that said we have a ton of 'us' things fron the mini kegerator, to the build a bear cake pans from williams sonoma
the animal shaped kitchen utensils the tiki tissue holder and the best....... the our dog s nuts door mat

LOL target there are some cool things on target.com
i just checked williams sonoma for a pic of the build a bear cake pans and hey are gone i really wanted them too that really stnks they had fondant sets to make different outfits too

the most oddball thing I ut on my registry is a hairdryer lol everyone that looked at my registry was like u registered for a hair dryer?? lol
oh and FH insisted on registering for 3 wicker hampers one was just not enough
