I know someone who owns a bowflex. I'm not so sure they make much use of it though...

I have a big dookie exercise ball. And two sets of weights. One of which you can actually velcro to your ankles!

I have the Ab Lounge 2.
It was working for a while but then I got lazy and let me tell you... its a great dust collector.

I have weights like that! and dumbells. and stretchy bands. Iused to have a weird contraption with 2 bars,attached with bungee cords , but I threw it out.
