When I drive to work in williston park and Corona Ave goes from 2 lanes to one lane and it always a man ( Im not being sexist) drives like 90 to cut across and get in front of you because he was to lazy to switch lanes before
ANother pet peeve, there are limited spots where I buy my coffee in the morning and I have to double park because the spots are all being used by people doing their ******* laundry next door. Why cant they park in the back and be courteous to the morning rush. They are there for hours.
And I agree with you , I hate when people stand in your personal space of 16 inches, and then you can smell there dirty arse or morning breath

Oooooooh, I've got a BIG problem with 'space invaders'. DH thinks I'm nuts...I am so happy that you ladies understand!

I don't like the space invaders either. I am big on respecting personal space.
I take the rail road and I hate when the groups of people that sit together all push their way on to the train. We know you all sit together let one go and save the seats and take it easy.
There's a million things that bug me but I am trying to let them go generally. I am working on not wasting my energy being negatice![]()

Hate space invaders too, moreso since I have been taking the LIRR!
Hate people who smoke standing for the train on the platform, no matter what I am going to be breathing in that smoke when the wind blows buddy!

I LOATHE TAKING MASS TRANSIT TO WORK.....
Things I hate about it:
*Peoples foul body odor
*Women who use an entire bottle of perfume
*People who don't take off their backpacks and whack you everytime they move....
*People that bring smelly food on the subway and smell up the car
*Panhandlers
*People with puffy jackets big enough to take up a seat of it's own....
*People who put their various bags on the seats and then look at you like you have 3 heads for asking them if you can sit down!!!

Everyone I know has heard my gripe so I'll share. I work at SUNY Old Westbury right off of Rt. 107 (for those who are familiar with the area). Wellll, rt. 107 goes from two lanes to one lane BUT the left lane becomes the turning lane for the campus. Although there is PLENTY of signs telling you that the left lane will end and is for left turns only, these idiots ride the left lane and then try to cut into the merging traffic. The people who followed the signs don't let the a$$hole in (neither would I) but now he's stopped in the middle of MY turning lane....the light's green and I can't do anything unless I have a go-go gadget car and can ride the metal divider!!! Ahhhhhh....

What really Pisses me off was my old firm. We had 3 admin's and once a moth we had a staff meeting at 7:30am. We would alternate each month of who would come into the office at 7am to make sure things were set up. We all thought it was fair this way one person wouldnt' have to do it every month. The other 2 admin every month would make up some lame excuse as to why they couldnt be in at 7am which basically meant I was coming in every month at 7am for the one day.
OOOHHH offices, I hate hate hate hate when someone would come over to my desk and be nosey. Look through a pile of papers I have sitting next to me, looking at what I am doing on the computer, or even ask that they need to borrow something and would go right in my file drawer. HELLO PRIVACY PLEASE!!!!
OOOH I hate space invaders. I have a little space, why they hell must they take up more.

1. people that walk down the steps to the subway like they have all the time in the world. i don't so move the f*** over!
2. people that snort they're phlegm or make any other sort of disgusting nasal noises. yeah i'm weird but i really hate winter b/c of this.
3. people who won't give up their seat for elderly, pregnant women, or handicapped people. people are so selfish!
4. people who think they own the sidewalk. i live in midtown and walk in the opposite direction of most people in the morning and they walk like six across, hello, there's people coming the other way!
okay enough for now. i am at least lucky in that my entire commute is only a half hour.

My turn to chime in...
I hate it when men (usually it's them, although I've seen a few women do it too) spit on the sidewalk! Why why why can't they just swallow their saliva like normal people? I don't want to walk on your phlegm!
Also, I hate people who don't throw out their stuff on the train. I sat next to this guy a few weeks ago who had a nasal issue and left a pile of dirty tissues on the floor. I wanted to say something so bad but I chickened out. Ewwwww!

I hate space invaders in the supermarket. When you get in line and you are taking thngs out of your cart and they get right up behind you and then you have to say excuse me and push your cart back so you can get around them
Also my new one is when people in the peditrician's office bring in their older children and don't tell them to cover their mouths when they cough

I have a real problem when other people's hair touches me.
I think long hair is beautiful, but I just don't want it touching me. I give people plenty of personal space, but sometimes they don't.. and that just makes me gag. Guess its a pet peeve.
