I'm trying to print envelopes with microsoft word (envelope feature under the tools tab) but when I make the font size 14 the last line doesn't print out. I can use font size 12 but it seems too small. Any suggestions?
I used WORD for my response envelopes. It wouldn't let me create an envelope small enough so I just adjusted the left margin - the printer thought I was printing on a longer envelope than I really was. Just play with it - it does work!
I'm sure there was an easier way to do this, but this what I did. I used a regular word doc and typed the address, printed it on a regular sheet of paper then used photo corners to place the envelope in a way that it would be centered in the right spot. I placed each envelope in the slot and just fed them through the printer. They came out perfectly. I hope this make sense to you. Leave it to me complicate everything!
