I only listen to XM Satellite Radio. Once you go Satellite Radio... you will NEVER listen to FM Radio again.
On XM... I listen to the dedicated 80s station, the dedicated 90s one, the top40 station, and the dance/club station.

morning getting ready for work: either wplj or 1010wins
driving - really anything that has a good song or the dj's are discussing something interesting - so can be wplj, wfuv, z100, Q104.3, 102.7, 106.7, oldies stations, or 103.9.
if i'm at home i usually just keep on wplj but i don't listen to the radio that much at home other than getting ready in the a.m.

95.5 in the morning unless Howard Stern has a good guest on - then I'll listen to K Rock.
On the way home I usually get so fed up with all the talking that I pop in a CD.
My radio has 92.3, 95.5, 100.3, 101.3, 104.3 and 105.5 pre-programmed.
And if you think NY radio sucks, you should try living in Jersey!! Thank god we get some of your stations!!!

car is programmed at 98.3 , 101.1 , 97.2 , 104.3 , 103.5 , 95.5 , and a classical statio I forgot the name.
In morning i jump between 98.3 for traffic reports and 103.5 for the music and this way I can tell what time it is based on their programming

used to be 100.3 all the time but it got too repetitive so now i listen to 102.7 or even i-tunes.

94.3, 92.3, 104.3, 102.3. Stations that play a variety of songs. I love 94.3. They kind of remind me of 92.7.
I hate Z-100, KTU and took them off my car radio. I just got so tired of hearing the same songs over and over. Plus I find them to be very wishy-washy. They'll hype up a group or singer one day and then 2 months later talk poorly about them when the group is no longer a hot band. Just Pissed me off.
That's why I miss 92.7. They played the same bands popular or not.

I LOVE 107.1 they have a great mix of classic rock and modern rock music. But they are only in North NY starting in Westchester
