call burton's bridals - they were the cheapest for my gown (including alterations) I don't know which designers they carry, but i think they can order any.

I would try RK Bridal.

They match any price.

The Wedding Center in Commack. They can get any dress cheaper and they sell Demetrios. I think that is where I am going to get mine...

The wedding center in commack will go cheaper.. but their alterations have no cap (that can be scary).

I KNOW Macy's Bridal Salon in Manhasset matches or greatly reduces their Demetrios gowns for a competor rate.

I got mine there. Ended up with a $475 discount after I brought in my competor rate. They had offered me 15% off at first..but I wanted it lower.

FM if you want to know who I spoke to.

I think it depends on which line of Demetrios. My dress is from his Couture line (which is a confined line) and is only sold in 5 stores in the entire state of New York (2 of those are the Macy's bridal salons). Check the Demetrios website for more details.

I second Burton's I got my Paloma Blanca gown for alot cheaper, and it came with my choice of veil and headpiece, for the cheaper price, then I had seen elsewhere.

I know that some people said Macys, I had a different experience. when my MOH got her dress for her may wedding, we went to Macys and were quoted 1400 then we went to Adriannes in Islip and got it for 1100 and the alterations were less at Adriannes than Macys as well! It may have depended on the dress but that we our experience
Good Luck

TOTALLY GO TO BURTON'S BRIDAL FOR MY DEMETRIOS GOWN! tHEY WERE 150 CHEAPER THAN SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE and 300 cheaper than Macy's
They were 50 dollars more than the commack wedding center but I know Burton's does a great job (personal bridesmaid experience) and some people on this site have had trouble with commack wedding center
if you want more info FM me

I originally was going to buy a Demetrios dress and looked at Macys. They have a great selection but I found some of the same Demetrios dresses for $200 less at the Wedding Plaza in Baldwin.
