After we booked the hall we worked on photo since that was the next important thing to us. Then we moved on to music. Good luck!

we booked photo. good photographers and musicians get booked quickly.

I'm doing music, then photographer, then videographer. Bands and photographers get booked up fast.

I'm doing photographer now (hopefully will pick one this week) and then we are moving on to DJ and ceremony musicians.

Look for your ceremony site and officiant, if you're not having your ceremony at Villa Lombardi's.
Otherwise, book your photo/video and entertainment.

We talked to a few vendors in each category. If we found one that we liked, we started to look at others in the same category so that we could decide before the vendor we liked booked up our date.
We did not expect to book the band first, but we saw one that we loved. So, instead of waiting, we put aside photo and video and looked at bands, just to be sure of who we wanted. It worked out well because we got the band we wanted, but we don't feel that we lost out on booking a photog. because did not find one that we like yet anyway.
