What Should I Bring to a Barbecue?

I think there'll be enough dessert, so any ideas of anything else I can make to bring that is pretty simple to make?

How about pasta salad or a mozzarella and tomato salad?

I have a recipe of Country Style Scallopped corn that is really good. Similar to corn bread but much moister.

Country-Style Scalloped Corn

1 can Cream Style Corn [16 oz]
1 can Whole Kernel Corn
[16 0z, drained]
½ cup Butter [melted]
2 Eggs [beaten]
1 cup Sour Cream
1 box Corn Muffin mix [9 oz]

Melt butter and beat eggs.

Drain the whole Kernel corn.

Combine all the ingredients together, adding the muffin mix last.

Pour mixture into a greased9 x 11 inch baking dish.

Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

I think they have plenty of alcohol. Maybe I should bring vodka? I don't know. I'm not that great of a cook. Maybe I can try a simple pasta salad.

You could buy some sort of salad/side dish at a deli or the deli counter at a supermarket.

What? no booty bags?

I think any kind fo salad or side would be good! They'll prbably have potatoe, macaroni and cole slaw, so maybe a 3 bean salad or something?
