What should I do?

What should I do?

So I wanted to get Fh tickets to see Spamalot for our anniversary/his birthday, which are bth coming up within the next 2 weeks. So I called for Spamalot and I got tickets for FEBRUARY 18.

Since Spamalot is so popular I might not even get the tickets in time to put in his card.

I could just wait and give them as a christmas or valentine's day gift (it's the staurdaya fter valentine's day), but then I'm out over $200 and I have no birthday' anniversary gift for FH. What should I do?

Any ideas on inexpensive b-day gifts? We may be throwing a party for him, which I could pay for most of...does that count?

I say that the party is a good bday gift. That's what I gave FH for his 30th and he enjoyed.

I would go the Valentine route.

Do you own the movie 'Holy Grail'? You could get that for him for his birthday and then keep the tickets a secret for Valentine's Day.

Yeah FH has it, of course

I hope this party happens. Also I can make FH a nice dinnerone nght, PLUS I'm taking him to his fave pizza place on his birthday.

Thank god for american express. I can pay these tickets off over a few months

I would def wait with the tix...it'll be a much nicer present when it's closer to the date.

I would say the party is a good b-day present, cause parties are expensive.

Taking him out to dinner on his b-day and maybe get something small for him I would think would be really nice.

You can go to the box office and pick-up a program and give him that as the present. That's what we did with my Mom's tickets to Wicked.
