What should I do?

I have one bridesmaid who constantly never returns my calls. She needs to be fitted for her dress, so I need her to go to the alteration shop and get measured. I've called her about 3 times and left messages with no response. Funny thing is, she called my maid of honor the other day, the same day I called her, but she didn't call me back. She has already given me the money to pay for her dress, but I can't get a hold of her. FH says to give her about another week and if I don't talk to her, cut her. I hate to do that because we are really good friends and I don;t want to hurt her feelings.... Whh What would you do?

Can you have your MOH call her?

If not, give her a week and call again make sure you stress how important this is.

Can you bribe her with taking her to lunch after the fitting?

I'll have my MOH call her, I actually had her call her, but she didn't answer the call. I'll have her do it again.

I send my bridesmaids a periodic email to update them on what's going on with the planning. She knows she's the only one that hasn't gotten her measurements taken. This is stress I dont need right now. Thanks for listening and the advice..
