What should I do??
I have still haven't received all my responses. The RSVP date is Aug. 17th. When do I contact these people and when do I send out invites to my 'B' list people? Do I send out the response card with the the RSVP by Aug. 17 to the 'B' listers? Aren't they going to know they are on the 'B' list??? Help?

Re: What should I do??
I would think they'll definitely know they were on a B list if they just receive the invite and the rsvp date is so close. If you really want to send out a B list, maybe you could have a new rsvp card printed? When is the wedding?

Re: What should I do??
I'm Sept. 21 too but my RSVP date is August 21. You still have time, I wouldn't worry about it. I think getting another rsvp date response card is a good idea if you really have alot of b list people. Give it to this weekend to see how many more you get. Good luck!

Re: What should I do??
believe it or not...I think people appreciate being on the b-list...its an honor to be invited to this person's very special day, so I don't think people take offense to it. My mom asked someone after the response date verbally and then we sent an invitation...

Re: What should I do??
Send out B list invites as soon as you receive NOs.Don't call your guest until at least 3 days after Aug 17 to account for the mail.

Re: What should I do??
I haven't even received all my response cards and my RSVP date was July 31st! I don't have a B list, so it's just what we sent out. We're having a smaller wedding... About 100-115 people.

Re: What should I do??
I honestly do not have a B list. People always know when they are on your B list because their invite is sent out with 2 days to RSVP. I find it a bit rude. Your RSVP date should be different for the additional guests. I would send them out as soon as possible. But if you have an Aug. 17th date, then you might get a lot of 'yes' RSVPs in the last few days.

Re: What should I do??
I had the same problem. I needed a few more invites and also needed to change the RSVP date for the 'B' list. It ended up costing me another $150 to order another set of invites and different response cards. One option I thought of was printing your own invites and response cards. They sell them in places like Staples and Michaels. It will probably be a whole lot cheaper then ordering from the printer.
Good Luck!

Re: What should I do??
Just send out the B list anyway. I sent out my invitations very early to account for people flying in from overseas. I think most people will be happy just to receive an invitation and will not worry about the date. My response date was June 30th and my wedding date is August 17th!Needless to say a lot of people were still receiving invites in July and couldn't care less about the response date.

Re: What should I do??
I would send out to the B listers today with the same response card. I am getting married in 2 days and I just got a no response yesterday. Some people wait until the very last minute to responde despite the phone calls that you make. I made the mistake of trying to wait for all of them and then it was too late tos end out B list invitations.Welcome New Vendors
