Ok, ladies, wedding is almost here and I'm not sure what to do about the centerpieces. My hall includes them but not sure if I want to go with what they have or not.
I thought about hurricanes with candle in middle and maybe silk rose wreath around bottom but FMIL uses oxygen so I guess candles are out.
Thought about container of different candies.
Really want to incorporate dragons as the centerpiece but can't seem to find anything that would go.
Any unique ideas that wouldn't be too crazy for the hall to put together on each table?
Thanks!!

If you really want candles, how about the new flicker candles - the ones that don't burn a flame but are battery operated ? Not sure where to find them though.

Hey Date Twin.... Congrats on putting your wedding together so quickly. I am doing the hurricane with candles and shells....Wedding at the Riviera....Putting either tulle or ribbon and maybe some raffia or Jute to make it more ....beachy I guess.
Do you have any theme????

Re: What should I do for centerpieces?
Not really a theme; FH loves medieval dragons so I'm trying to incorporate them. Got a cake topper to surprise him with and we're giving out pewter dragon bottle openers as our favors. So would love to use them as part of the centerpiece but haven't been able to find anything that would work. Was hoping I could find a cute dragon couple statue that wasn't too small but so far no luck.
May just go with silk red roses (that's my bouquet) in silver julep cup.

If you really want candles it would be fine to use them on every table but her table. The RH would require you to have them in a holder anyway so it shouldn't even matter if they were on her table but to be safe you could put the battery operated flicker candles on her table and regular candles on all the other tables. You have to have the O2 with inches of the flame for it to cause a problem.
