What should I do next?

I have booked:

Ceremony / Hall
DJ
Ordered and received wedding dress
Photo/Video
Makeup

Need to do:

HM Research (Hawaii) and Book
Officiant
Limos
Hair
Flowers

I am thinking the next thing I really need to research and book is the HM? What do you all think?
