Well, I got some of the major things accomplished...dj, photographer, videographer, and place, but I have no idea what I'm suppose to be doing next. I was going to start looking for flowers, but someone told me I should find a dress before that. I'm totally stuck. I know I have over a year to go, but I want the major things out of the way. I would love some guidance!

I'm in the same place as you - I'm waiting on my flowers until I get the bridesmaids' dresses (that way everything matches perfectly) As of now I'm thinking I'm going with a sage/pink/peach combo - but until I see the bridesmaids dresses - I can't be too sure!

Since you have all the major things done, do whatever you want next...go dress shopping for you, for your girls, look for honeymoons. Limos maybe???
Do you have an idea of the 'feeling' you are going for? I had a vague idea, then I found my dress and now I have a much clearer vision, you could try that...

I booked my flowers but I didn't have to decide on color right now. I will do that in August, I just put a deposit down so I could book them. Definitely go dress shoppping, start deciding on a color scheme, bridemaid dresses, flowergirl, hair make-up, limos

I'm in the same place as you. But I've decided to start looking for florists. It's good to start meeting with people so you can whittle your list down. If you don't have any idea of what you want for flowers, the florists may be able to give you some good ideas to help with your decision. If you want to hold off on flowers, you can start looking at gowns, bridesmaid dresses, limos, favors, honeymoon ideas, etc.

I've done the same things as you. I'm looking at florists and officiants next. Dress sometime at the end of the Summer. XOXOXO Kitty

you could meet with vendors for the 'extra' stuff..like trumpets,invits..etc
