what should i do?please help!

when i received my thank you pictures i hated the way they looked. yes i ordered from them from the proof, but seeing them as as small thank, you i hated them. so i ordered new ones. they took a long time to come in. now i had to pay for the extras (which i guess i should because technically there was nothing wrong with them) however, weve been waiting for our new ones and they call to tell us that they shipped it to our old apartment address because 'thats what i told them to do.' i moved out of my apartment in may because there is a crazt man living upstairs and i ordered the new pics on june. there is no way i had them shipped there.

now i have a problem, because i am sure that crazy man has our pictures. should i have to order new ones? i feel like after spengin thousands of dollars, they should re order them for me and put a rush on as well! i havent spoken directly with the photographer yet. should i do that?

please help!

Why don't you speak with the crazy man? Go down in person with DH and find your pictures.

If you don't think that's an option, then you can either

A. fight with your photographer to get another batch of the new ones at no charge since they shipped them to the wrong place.

or

B. suck it up and go with the original thank yous. I'm sure they are not as bad as you think.

I dont know exactly what you mean by crazy, but is there any way you can have Chris call the guy and ask if your pictures were delivered there. I would do that before spending more money.

no i cant speak to the crazy man. hes actually a dangerous person. we got out of there for a reason.

i guess i can call the photographer directly.

this guy is actually a convicted criminal. he has anger problems and all the good stuff. we cant ever go back there. hes extremely aggressive. basically i have to chalk them up as lost.

but i kind of feel that at this point a company should shell out the extra 100 bucks.

Can you contact the landlord to help with this? Maby he picked up the photos for you and doesn't know where to forward them?
ALso, how did the photographer send them? If someone had to sign for them, at least then you woul have a copy of a signature. It is a felony to steal mail!

ok i just spoke with someone at the photo company. she said they shipped it first class or whatever, i dont think anyone had to sign. the landlord has my husbands phone number so he could call. but she thinks that since we are not listed at that address, it will either be shipped back to them or redirected to us. so i just have to wait,. i dont mind waiting, i just wasnt going to order more.
