I can't speak for the majority of the list but I remember last year at my sister's wedding shout wipes were invaluable! Worked every time! (and we needed them more than a few times)

safety pins.....you never know when you'll need one
bobby pins......same thing.....you may need to fix your hair up
bandaids tide on the go stick gum lotion

if your dress is white i heard you should get some chalk.. this way if anything gets on it youll have something that can cover it but not stain your dress.

that is one serious duffel! i think i pack less for a weekend away
yikes. i am scared. i think i would def. pack a sewing kit considering how many posts i read about someone stepping on the train and it ripping, or the bustle ripping. maybe also some aspirin just in case.

Safety pins. Read my posts about my dress. Thank goodness the photographers had them!
Chalk or a stain remover. Everyone and their date will step on your gown. Hopefully it'll be covered by the bustle, but just in case... be prepared!
Checkbook - you never know if you'll need it. Luckily, I didn't. You might also make sure your FH carries an extra $20 or so. You may want to tip your personal waiter / waitress if s/he goes above and beyond.
Straws. I'd have some straws wherever you are getting ready. After I was in my dress, I got really hot and thirsty. Even though I was only drink water, that can still stain the dress. I had two people helping me drink so I didn't spill (one holding a napkin under my chin - LOL - because we didn't have straws.
ETA - POWDER. Editing out shiny faces is EXPENSIVE and NOT included in photo packages. Be sure to bring some pressed powder (loose powder can get on your dress) and powder your nose regularly!!
